We start with one of our team members examining and measuring the flooring to come up with an estimate to make sure there are no surprises at the end of the job.
Once work begins, we’ll apply premium grout and tile preconditioner and allow time for it to break down oils and dirt.
Then we agitate the grout and tile as needed.
Next, your technician will pressure clean and extract the tile and grout with our truck-mounted, hot water extraction unit.
The frequency of cleaning depends on the tile’s texture, the amount of foot traffic it’s exposed to, if the grout is sealed, and how often it’s mopped.
To simplify your responsibilities, allow us to set you up a routine cleaning schedule. Choose from 6-, 12-, 18-, and 24-month options.
Grout is a porous material, so it absorbs the colors and odors of oils, soil, grime, and other contaminants. Because of this, sealing your grout is essential to protecting your investment. Leaving grout unsealed will eventually ruin your tile floor.
Once we’ve cleaned your tile floor, we can immediately apply the clear, penetrating grout sealant. It should be applied periodically to extend the life of your tile floors.
